We had not planned on stopping at Zion National Park, but decided since we were so close we might as well take a detour and visit the park. We drove the curvy roads through the park for about an hour, long enough to see the major sites.
Using the self-timer, we balanced the camera on the car hood and ran to pose for this picture.
We drove past these bison or buffalo (I'm not sure the difference) on our way out of town.
