From Monte Carlo, we found our way to a public bus that would travel to nearby Nice, France.
It was about a 45 minute bus drive along the pretty coast.
Once we were there we walked down the street for about 20 minutes until we found the beach.
The beaches here weren’t sand, just rocks this time. A thicker beach towel would have made it more comfortable, but it didn't matter to us...the sun was shining and it was a warm day!
We found a free spot and soaked in the sun for a couple of hours.
After we had our fill of the beach, we headed back along the streets of Nice to the bus stop.
