Friday the three of us went to California Great America amusement park in Santa Clara, California. This is less than an hour drive south of San Francisco.
We had perfect weather for the day. It was sunny, but not too hot.
Even though it was a work holiday for a lot of people, the park was not crowded at all. The longest that we waited in line was around 15 minutes; that's a record! For this particular ride, there was absolutely no line and we were the only people on the ride. We took the front row on this stand-up roller coaster. More people had gotten in line during our ride, but still not enough to fill all of the seats. We hopped off and got back on a few rows back to ride it a second time.
We finished riding every roller coaster in the park within a few short hours. Steven was sitting across from us on the last ride and whipped out the camera to video tape us screaming. I didn't realize that he actually had it on. The end of the video captures me trying to spit because I thought something flew into my open mouth. Thankfully, there wasn't really anything there!
